Depression is also generally known to be linked with diabetes very often. Go figure. I am glad I quit. It's been a few weeks now and I have moved over to decaf. Decaf green tea. I intend to use decaf coffee as well. There was caffeine in the green tea I was using and that spiked me 8% same as the coffee before. I went without any caffeine for a whole day this week and it was a doddle. With decaf tea and decaf coffee I am sorted from now on.
